What is one thing that you should do every day?

There are probably many that you can think of.

I believe that this one makes a HUGE impact on your life.

Plan your day the day before.

Before the end of your day, could be right before you leave work or at the end of your evening, you need to plan your day tomorrow.

Now you might be thinking…”I already know what I need to do tomorrow.”

Wrong.

Knowing what you need to do isn’t enough.

You need to:

-Review what you accomplished today. Did you make progress?

– Brain dump anything that needs to be done so you don’t stress about it later.

-Prioritize your day tomorrow. What’s the first thing you are going to do? Second?

-Time block your day.

Left to our own devices we will procrastinate, multi-task, surf social media, and ultimately waste time.

And what’s the thing that usually gets kicked off the list of the day?

Your workout.

So plan your day the day before!

Give it a try this week and see how much more effective and less stressed you are.

Let me know how it goes!
