Our Youth Fitness program is filling up fast. If you have not signed up please do so as spots are limited!

Program is free to families thanks to the generous donation of Power Kids Wellness.  The next four week session of youth fitness begins Tuesday, February 7th. 

Teen Fitness classes are held at Naples Personal Training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm. 

Tween Fitness classes are held at Florida Personal Training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm.

At Naples Personal Training, we provide youth with the opportunity to learn how to create and sustain a healthy lifestyle. Our Youth Fitness program promotes physical fitness in a safe and fun environment.

The team of experienced Sport Performance Specialist, Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainers and Wellness Coaches have the training and expertise necessary to help young kids achieve their health and fitness goals.

Our program encourages kids to be physically active every day and eat a balanced diet. The focus is on the benefits of proper nutrition and exercise for life! We work to equip youth clients with the tools they need for lifelong wellness.

•Nutritional Guidance
Learn the truth, about your body and how to fuel it right. Educate our clients on various aspects of maintaining healthy eating habits and how to integrate this lifestyle into their own.

Recipe of the Month: Asian Chicken

Many marinades are filled with sweeteners, infusing your healthy dinner with unwanted simple sugars. This recipe removes all worry by using a small amount of liquid stevia along with other fresh and wholesome flavors to liven up this tender, grilled chicken breast.

Enjoy with a side of veggies!

What you need
Servings: 4

For the Asian Marinade:

¼ cup coconut aminos
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Liquid Stevia
1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
3 fresh scallions, thinly sliced

For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts


1. Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Add the chicken breasts and marinade in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

2. Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Oil the grill grate.

3. Place chicken breast on the grill and discard the marinade. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through with no pink remaining. Enjoy!

One serving equals: 245 calories, 7g fat, 2g carbohydrate, 0g sugar, 362mg sodium, 0g fiber, and 46g protein.
