Are you worried about your child’s physical health and wellness? At Naples Personal Training, we provide children with the opportunity to learn how to create and sustain a healthy lifestyle. Our Youth Fitness program promotes physical fitness and nutritional education in a safe and fun environment. The team of experienced sports performance specialists, physical therapists, athletic trainers and wellness coaches have the training and expertise necessary to help young kids achieve their health and fitness goals. 

Our program encourages kids to be physically active every day and eat a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables and grains (while eliminating poor food choices). The focus is on the benefits of proper nutrition and exercise for life. We work to equip youth clients with the tools they need for life-long healthy lifestyle.

In person classes will be held Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 4:30pm.

Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Training and Interactive Games

 Learn the truth, about your body and how to fuel it right. Educate the youth on various aspects of maintaining healthy eating habits and how to integrate this lifestyle into their own.

We work together with our youth and their parents/caregivers to establish healthy eating and exercise habits for a lifetime.

Designed to give 10 Kids aged 12+ the chance to learn how to train properly on a structured program. If you would like your child to be more active and lead a healthy lifestyle! This program will teach the youth how to create and sustain a life long healthy lifestyle.

Safe and efficient training based on science and backed by Doctors of Physical Therapy.

This is the most basic concept, but the most difficult to experience. Exercising doesn’t have to be a chore. In fact, it can be fun if your trainer designs workouts that you enjoy. We listen to our clients to determine which exercises make their workouts more challenging and empowering so working out is enjoyable again.

Some personal trainers make the mistake of pushing their clients too much, beyond the capabilities of their bodies. Our team of exercise specialist are certified personal trainers designing safe workout plans to avoid common injuries from over exercising and excessive stress on the body. Our team has thousands of hours of ongoing training to maintain the safety of our clients.
