Tennis Fitness

Strength and Conditioning for Tennis has become a daily routine for most tennis players. Naples Personal Training will design specific fitness training for each individual tennis athlete. Tennis training must incorporate strength and conditioning on a regular basis in order to develop aerobic and anaerobic capacity, strength and explosive power, speed and quickness and also flexibility.

Our training will include some strength training, cardiovascular training, agility training, and stretching routines; everything you need to improve in order to become a better tennis player and reduce chance of injury. By following your fitness program step by step and by being consistent you will see results in a few weeks and this will help you to improve your tennis game.

Pickleball Performance

Our team of Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers and Exercise Specialist have developed a program for injury prevention as well as prepare your strength and conditioning for Pickleball. We have developed a comprehensive Pickleball Performance assessment where we evaluate your current performance level through a series of scientifically proven test. Our goals of this comprehensive corrective exercise program is to increase playing time, decrease injuries, decrease pain, improve efficiency of your swing, improve core stabilization, improve static & dynamic posture, improve static & dynamic balance and increase power. We provide one on one performance training, small group training classes and Pickleball performance clinics.

Yoga

Individual Yoga sessions can be very powerful tools for growth and transformation. We offer private yoga sessions that take into account the whole person when addressing challenges. In these sessions we work together with the client to co-create a highly customized Yoga practice to discover and address the underlying foundational causes of the challenges. Depending on the nature of what you need help with, sessions may include: customized physical practices, assisted traction, mindfulness exercises, meditation, breathing techniques, mantra training, guided self-inquiry, and others – depending on the client and their needs. Our team also provides Yoga group fitness classes.
