WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST KINSTRETCH CLASS…
EXPECT to develop a practice that is based on scientific research in mobility training. EXPECT to use limited equipment- only small props such as mats, Kinstretch blocks and Kinstretch balls. EXPECT to use and control your own body throughout the class, meaning this class is based on internal effort (irradiation). EXPECT to be introduced to FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) principals and terminology. Instructors may provide you with FRC terminology through their instruction, as it is based off of FRC principals.
EXPECT to be educated. Kinstretch is meant to enhance your life and help you get better at whatever you want to get better at. The more you show up, the more familiar you will be become with the concepts. The more you implement this practice into your lifestyle, the more effective the training will be/the more results you will see.
EXPECT a variety of students in the class. Kinstretch is not geared to a specific population; it is geared to humans in general. Expect a variety of ages, body types, athletes, teams, individuals with various occupations and fitness levels on a continuum.

Individual Yoga sessions can be very powerful tools for growth and transformation. We offer private yoga sessions that take into account the whole person when addressing challenges. In these sessions we work together with the client to co-create a highly customized Yoga practice to discover and address the underlying foundational causes of the challenges. Depending on the nature of what you need help with, sessions may include: customized physical practices, assisted traction, mindfulness exercises, meditation, breathing techniques, mantra training, guided self-inquiry, and others – depending on the client and their needs. Our team also provides Yoga group fitness classes.
Strength and Conditioning for Tennis has become a daily routine for most tennis players. Naples Personal Training will design specific fitness training for each individual tennis athlete. Tennis training must incorporate strength and conditioning on a regular basis in order to develop aerobic and anaerobic capacity, strength and explosive power, speed and quickness and also flexibility.
Our training will include some strength training, cardiovascular training, agility training, and stretching routines; everything you need to improve in order to become a better tennis player and reduce chance of injury. By following your fitness program step by step and by being consistent you will see results in a few weeks and this will help you to improve your tennis game.

Our goals of this comprehensive corrective exercise program is to increase playing time, decrease injuries, decrease pain, improve efficiency of your swing, improve core stabilization, improve static & dynamic posture, improve static & dynamic balance and increase power. We provide one on one performance training, small group training classes and Pickleball performance clinics.
