But if you put a frog in the water first, then bring it to a boil, it will stay in there and die.
People, when trying to lose weight, are just like the frogs that stay in the water…
Because, when you first start a fitness program, you’ll lose a couple pounds, lose a few inches, and then BAM!
Suddenly, months have passed and you’ve been stuck at the same weight.
You’re dying a slow death in the boiling water.
You’re doing the same running loop, at the same pace, over and over again.
You’re doing the same time on the elliptical at the same intensity.
