At Florida Personal Training our #1 goal is to assist individuals in reducing pain, feeling great and getting back to what they love to do! Our one-on-personal training allows our Exercise Specialist to design a workout specifically tailored for you needs and goals. Prior to beginning one of our Fitness Programs our team will collect your exercise and health history, determine your wellness goals then take you through a movement assessment to identify any weaknesses or imbalances (don’t worry we all have them). We want to set you up for success, both physically and mentally. Throwing you into a workout without an assessment doesn’t align with that goal and would be irresponsible. Your safety, confidence and success is our priority and we love leading you on your fitness journey!
