Our Youth Summer Athletic Program is designed to help young athletes build a strong foundation for all sports in a fun, positive, and high-energy environment.
At this stage, it’s not about heavy lifting—it’s about learning how to move well, gain confidence, and develop athletic skills that last a lifetime.
Athletes will focus on:
- Speed, agility, and coordination
- Balance and body control
- Proper running and movement mechanics
- Introductory strength using bodyweight and light resistance
- Teamwork, confidence, and coachability
Every session is structured to keep kids engaged while developing essential skills through games, challenges, and age-appropriate training methods.
