This summer, give your child the opportunity to move, learn, and grow in a safe, positive environment with the youth programs at Florida Personal Training.
We’re hosting a FREE Youth Fitness Class Day so parents and kids can experience our programs before registering for the summer session.
Whether your child is brand new to fitness or already training for sports performance, we have a program designed specifically for their experience level.

Youth Fitness Class (Beginner Program)

Proper exercise technique
Bodyweight strength

Fun fitness games
