Brians fitness plan
Brian injured himself doing an at-home workout DVD back in 2011 which sent him on a journey of learning about the body and what it means to be a human. He came across Paul Chek on YouTube, saw how different and effective his approach was and sought out and worked for a level 3 CHEK Practitioner, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach and CHEK Golf Specialist for 3 years which gave him a deep foundation of knowledge to draw from in working with those with orthopedic issues. Not only working around the issues, but actively improving them.
His mission is to help clients who are retired get the most out of their retirement years through Corrective Exercise and Holistic Life Coaching to become more flexible, stronger, healthier, and happier! With 10 years of coaching and training experience, Brian will help you maximize your time in the gym so you can get back to doing the things you love. Remember, you train to improve your life, not just for the sake of training.
Brian’s training methods are practical, efficient, and extremely effective in helping you reduce pain, improve flexibility, become stronger and feel better than you have in years!
Brian is very analytical, taking your entire body into consideration, and is on the softer side of personality (Not a bootcamp style trainer!)
Throughout his life, Brian has played sports, been a couch potato, been skinny, been fat, been unhealthy, and becoming healthier everyday, so he knows what it’s like to struggle and what it takes to make improvements. It his goal to help as many people as he can through personalized coaching to each client to maintain a life-long healthy lifestyle.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. They enjoy Golf, Hiking, Swimming, Tennis, Pickleball, Disc Golf, and all of the other the amazing things Southwest Florida has to offer.
