Barbara fitness plan

I can proudly say that I am a yoga and pilates teacher, and personal trainer. I
have been in love with movement all my life without even knowing it. Over twenty years ago I decided
to join the track team and dance team in high school, which then gave me the opportunity join track in
college, until I was injured, not from competing but from training. It was a grueling 6 days a week for 4
hours a day of intense training so after rolling my ankle and just being exhausted without seeing any
progress I quit and decided to focus on school. Looking for ways to stay in shape other than the
disciplines I already new through track and boogie boarding which I loved I found a Pilates video at the
store and even though I got made fun of by family and friends I was hooked.( I was in Puerto Rico at
this time and no one knew what Pilates was). Shortly after that I was introduced to yoga falling in love
again. So for the last 15 plus years Ive been obsessed with finding different disciplines that will not
only make me stronger but could also help me feel more connected to my body and to feel good inside
and out after every workout. All of this made me realize that my purpose in life is to share this passion
for movement and my perspective towards fitness with others. So please try out any of my classes or let
me know if you want to train with me. I have many certifications and countless hours of training others.
