Ashlee’s fitness background consists of extensive academic and instructional training in Exercise Science and Nutrition. She has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and currently holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and CrossFit Level 1 Coach.

Growing up as a competitive athlete fitness indefinitely became a way of life. She began her personal training journey with hopes to inspire and develop young athletes which soon became a lifelong passion to help individuals live happy, healthy and fit through mindful, safe and effective functional training.
