Jack is a national recognized personal trainer who holds multiple certifications from the National Federation of Professional Trainers.

His passion for healthy living was ignited when he began taking part in school sports which led to him becoming more involved with nutrition as well as helping others. This resulted in Jack becoming a personal trainer and to continuously explore the field of wellness.

Jack’s aim is to help others become healthy through simple natural movement. His methods seek to improve strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health as well as regain the natural skill and fundamental movements that modern society tends to take away from us.
