We’ve combined the best of non-contact boxing, t’ai chi, strength training, and yoga into our own Power over Parkinson’s program that reflects the healthy lifestyle we always promote at Florida Personal Training.

Each small class offers individual attention by a certified personal trainer. UFIT! TRX is a total body resistance exercise that uses a suspension training system, making it possible for you to use your own body weight and gravity for an effective workout. Participants can customize the difficulty of their workout by making simple adjustments to the TRX system.

If you’re like most people you decided it’s time to make a change and get your body in better condition so you can play better tennis or pickleball. Our team of Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers and Trainers have developed a program for injury prevention as well as prepare your conditioning for sport. Our goals of this comprehensive corrective exercise program is to increase playing time, decrease pain, improve efficiency of your swing, improve core stabilization, improve static & dynamic posture, improve static & dynamic balance and increase power.
Our bodies take a beating during workouts. Muscles fatigue, and they can break down if you go from one to another without adequate recovery. While stretching after exercise is better than nothing, our recovery-focused classes and treatments will incorporate foam rolling, yoga, light weight lifting and ground movement. These classes allow individuals to work on restoring and repairing muscle to avoid injury or overuse. It also allows the body and mind to slow down, which is a nice way to balance out high-intensity workouts.
Build muscle & Get Toned in a Fun and engaging way!Each Training session is guaranteed to get your heart-pounding, during the 50 minute, sweat-dripping workout. UFIT! will use kettlebells, dumbbells, treadmills, monster bands and other equipment to incorporate an intense workout of both strength and conditioning. Our workouts change daily and are formulated to ensure a balanced training routine, so for every session you attend, you know you are getting a complete workout emphasizing your total body.
UFIT! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class includes three circuits, is always full-body and always at your own pace. The workout will be intense, physical boundaries will be challenged, and results are a guarantee! All levels are welcome as modifications or advancements are always offered.
Got Game? …Let’s Improve Your Golf Game Join Gene Giamarino, Naples Personal Training Level 3 Golf Fitness Instructor and Doctor of Physical Therapy to help improve your game. Each class Gene will breakdown the body mechanics of the golf swing and provide exercises to promote an efficient and reproducible swing.
Slow down the effects of the aging process with this traditional form of yoga. Yoga can help slow down the effects of the aging process by maintaining muscle flexibility, encouraging relaxation, and strengthening muscles and joints. This class is modifiable for all ages and levels of participants. We place special emphasis on increasing flexibility of the muscles and spine. All the movements are easy and adjustable for any physical condition. Over time, this form of yoga will tone the body and focus the mind. Each practice will leave you relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. Beginners welcome! Mats provided
WHAT TO EXPECT AT
YOUR FIRST KINSTRETCH CLASS
EXPECT to develop a practice that is based on scientific research in mobility training.
EXPECT to use limited equipment- only small props such as mats, Kinstretch blocks and Kinstretch balls.
EXPECT to use and control your own body throughout the class, meaning this class is based on internal effort (irradiation). EXPECT to be introduced to FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) principals and terminology. Instructors may provide you with FRC terminology through their instruction, as it is based off of FRC principals.
EXPECT to be educated. Kinstretch is meant to enhance your life and help you get better at whatever you want to get better at. The more you show up, the more familiar you will be become with the concepts. The more you implement this practice into your lifestyle, the more effective the training will be/the more results you will see.
EXPECT a variety of students in the class. Kinstretch is not geared to a specific population; it is geared to humans in general. Expect a variety of ages, body types, athletes, teams, individuals with various occupations and fitness levels on a continuum.
